Warehouse Manager Overview

This successful fashion brand based in Manchester are looking for a Warehouse Manager who has a strong focus on quality, speed and customer satisfaction and take ownership of warehouse leadership and efficiency.

 

Warehouse Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring high levels of accuracy and productivity
  • Manage and lead the warehouse team, including scheduling, task delegations and performance management
  • Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of stock
  • Implement and maintain best practices for inventory control and stock management
  • Drive continuous improvements in warehouse efficiency, layout and processes
  • Maintain health and safety standards in line with company and legal requirements

 

Warehouse Manager Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a senior warehouse leadership role
  • Strong people management and communication skills
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example
  • Proficient in warehouse software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
