A fast growing fashion supplier are looking for a Senior Ladies Knitwear Designer to join their dynamic team.
The Senior Ladies Knitwear Designer will design across all Ladies knitted products.
Senior Ladies Knitwear Designer Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers on customer briefs, setting trend direction and creating concepts
- Oversee more junior members of the team
- Regularly attend inspiration tips
- Carry out comp shopping trips
- Liaise with, and visit, the factories in the Far East regularly, sending CADs and packs
- Regularly lead design meetings and present designs
- Design and develop commercial ranges
Additional Information
The Senior Ladies Knitwear Designer will have previous experience in a similar, knitwear focussed role, with excellent knowledge of knitwear and be hard working with good communication and organisational skills.
