Senior Knitwear Designer Overview
An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Senior Knitwear Designer to join a thriving fashion company, designing ranges for key customer accounts.
The Senior Knitwear Designer will work across ranges of Mens and Ladies true knitwear.
Senior Knitwear Designer Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers on customer briefs, setting trend direction and creating concepts
- Oversee more junior members of the team
- Attend comp and inspiration shopping trips
- Liaise with the factories in the Far East regularly, sending CADs and packs
- Regularly lead design meetings and present designs
Additional Information
The Senior Knitwear Designer will have previous experience in a similar, knitwear focussed role, with excellent knowledge of knitwear and be hard working with good communication and organisational skills.
