Senior Garment Technologist Overview
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Garment Technologist to join a successful fashion company.
The Senior Garment Technologist will work across multi product Ladieswear for high street customer accounts.
Senior Garment Technologist Responsibilities
- Implement new size charts, and grading blocks, with the aim to setting sizing standards across the company
- Overseeing sealing processes and approving bulk fabrics and samples
- Work closely with factories in Europe and Overseas
- Manage and run fit sessions, making fit comments and sending comments to factories
- Work closely with the design and sourcing teams to source factories and suppliers, that have the required capabilities
Additional Information
The Senior Garment Technologist will have an excellent knowledge and understanding of fabrics, garment construction and manufacturing techniques, with excellent communication skills and a detail oriented mindset, with previous experience in a similar role.
