We are working with a highly successful uniform company who are keen to recruit a Retail Store Manager to join their dynamic in store team, based in Preston.
The Retail Store Manager will play a key role in driving store performance, supporting business objectives, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Alongside managing established procedures, you will be encouraged to identify opportunities for improvement and share ideas that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Retail Store Manager Responsibilities
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Recruiting seasonal team members and ensuring they receive the training, support, and guidance needed to succeed.
- Delegate responsibilities, encourage professional growth, recognise and reward strong performance, and address any performance concerns in a constructive and timely manner.
- Managing daily workloads, supporting team members, and ensuring seasonal colleagues remain engaged and motivated will also form an important part of the role.
- Maintaining high standards of merchandising, reorganising stock areas, and ensuring the store remains well-presented and operationally efficient.
- Review performance from the previous season and identify opportunities for personal development and further training to enhance your skills and effectiveness.
