Online Product Coordinator Overview
Our client has created an excellent opportunity for an Online Product Coordinator to join their ecommerce team. You will work alongside the ecommerce merchandising team to write product information, manage product photography and manage online content.
Online Product Coordinator Responsibilities
- Plan and organise own workload to ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely fashion
- Communicate any identified issues with the team so resolutions can be reached promptly
- Assist with creating weekly and daily reports
- Handle any sample requests from the wider team
- Help drive sales by identifying and actioning relevant cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Support the ecommerce merchandising team with setting up of categories and ensure all descriptions are set up to optimise SEO
- Ensure all product details are correctly reflected in the copy, including fabric composition, size specifications, etc
- Regular input into the online planning process including homepage/landing page changes
- Ensure products are live with relevant and accurate copy at the earliest opportunity, to ensure maximum SEO
