Merchandiser Overview

We are working with a leading retailer who are keen to find a highly competent Merchandiser to join their growing team.

The Merchandiser will work within the wider Merchandising team to deliver excellent results.

Merchandiser Responsibilities

  • Maximising sales by preparing budgets and sales, profit and stock targets, monitoring performance against key indicators, deliver trading plans and develop a markdown strategy to reduce old stock and drive trade
  • Reviewing sales and stock forecasts, ensuring stock levels are in line with trade
  • Creating regular sales reports
  • Building and developing relationships with suppliers
  • Coaching and developing a team

Additional Information

The ideal Merchandiser must have relevant experience with a hardworking, ‘can do’ attitude and will be able to hit the ground running. This Merchandiser position also offers a relocation package.
