The Junior Childrenswear Designer Overview
We have an amazing role for a Junior Designer to join a successful fashion company, working across childrenswear multiproduct.
The Junior Designer will have a keen eye for trends and a creative flair with excellent CAD and presentation skills.
The Junior Childrenswear Designer Responsibilities:
- Complete trend research
- Work to briefs
- Create CAD’s and presentations for customer meetings
- Attend customer meetings
- Liaise with factories overseas
- Create detailed tech packs
- Attend comp and inspiration shopping trips
The Junior Childrenswear Designer Skills
- Fully competent using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Additional Info
The Junior Childrenswear Designer will have previous experience in a similar role.
Various levels of experience will be considered for this position; however presentation skills and excellent trend lead commercial portfolios are a must.
