Junior Buyer – Childrenswear
Our client, a thriving fashion company, are keen to find a Junior Buyer to join their flourishing team, working across multi product Childrenswear.
The Junior Buyer will work in a supply environment and be responsible for building and maintaining existing customer accounts.
Buyer/Account Manager Responsibilities
- Build and develop ranges with the in-house designers in response to customer briefs and meetings
- Build and develop existing customer relationships, working closely with buyers and working to briefs
- Keep up to date with upcoming trends
- Lead customer meetings to present and sell ranges
- Work with the factories and overseas office teams
- Sample management
- Complete European and UK shopping trips to conduct trend research
Junior Buyer
Additional Information
The Junior Buyer must have experience of working on fashion with High Street retailers/brands and be able to confidently develop ranges and have excellent presentation skills.
The Junior Buyer must have excellent communication and organisation skills with a drive to succeed and a ‘can do’ attitude.
