Import Merchandiser Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an Import Merchandiser to work for a highly successful ladieswear company.
The Import Merchandiser will be working with online and commercial high street customers.
Import Merchandiser Responsibilities
- Manage the critical path each day to ensure that delivery dates are achieved.
- Liaise with factories by processing and raising orders.
- Oversee the approval of lab dips and samples.
- Update sales reports both weekly and monthly.
- Negotiate with suppliers for example on lead times.
- Attend regular meetings when required with customers, the in-house design team and the sales team.
- Assisting in training new staff members and junior who join the team.
