Import Merchandiser Overview

This company are looking for an enthusiastic Import Merchandiser to join them. You will work with renowned high street and online retailers.

Import Merchandiser Responsibilities

  • Manage the critical path and update buyers and relevant colleagues with changes
  • Place purchase orders with factories in the Far East
  • Liaise with logistics and shipping on delivery schedules
  • Approve lab dips and strikes offs with the Buyers
  • Make samples comments and submissions to the factories

Import Merchandiser Skills and Experience

  • Some previous production / import merchandising experience is essential
  • Proficient using Microsoft Excel
  • A confident team player, who can work on their own initiative yet have self-confidence to ask questions when necessary
