Head of Quality Assurance Overview
An exciting role has come available for a Head of Quality Assurance to join an online fashion retailer.
The Head of Quality Assurance will manage a small team and be responsible for overseeing the entire quality assurance and production process.
Head of Quality Assurance Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing new and efficient quality assurance strategies, ensuring they are delivering the best products at speed, and meeting customers’ expectations
- Setting up and managing sampling processes, with the aim to produce high standard samples
- Liaise with factories overseas
- Manage the product testing, ensuring sure products are compliant with industry standards and requirements
- Work closely with the design and sourcing teams to source factories and suppliers, that have the required capabilities
Additional Information
The Head of Quality Assurance will have previous experience in a similar role with a problem solving mind set and a positive approach, with excellent fabric, manufacturing and garment construction knowledge.
