Head of Quality Assurance Overview
We have an amazing and rare opportunity for a Head of Quality Assurance to join an online fashion retailer, at an exciting time of growth.
The Head of Quality Assurance will work across multi products and oversee all aspects of quality assurance and product compliance.
Head of Quality Assurance Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement quality assurance strategies, ensuring they are delivering the best products at speed, and meeting customers’ expectations
- Setting up sealing processes, with the aim to produce high standard samples at first fits
- Work closely with factories and suppliers to address any quality issues and negotiate and drive continuous improvement
- Oversee and manage the product testing, making sure products are compliant with industry standards and requirements
- Work closely with the design and sourcing teams to source factories and suppliers, that have the required capabilities
Additional Information
The Head of Quality Assurance will have an excellent knowledge and understanding of fabrics, garment construction and manufacturing techniques, with excellent communication skills and a detail oriented mindset, with previous experience in a similar role.
