Ecommerce Merchandise Manager Overview

We are looking for a Merchandising Manager to work for our client, premium fashion bran, within their Ecommerce team.

Ecommerce Merchandiser Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy including online marketing, website management and customer experience
  • Manage end-to-end ecommerce operations. Optimise the online shopping experience and align it with the brand’s vision
  • Analyse website traffic and sales data
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including Shopify
  • Monitor and evaluate KPIs to measure effectiveness of ecommerce initiative
  • Monitor inventory levels, working with the supply chain to ensure timely deliveries, replenishment and minimise out-of-stock situations
  • Manage wholesale relationships, maximizing sales opportunities

Ecommerce Merchandise Manager Skills and Experience

  • Proficient using merchandising software and tools with a strong understanding of managing ecommerce and online trading platforms i.e. Shopify
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
