Compliance Manager Overview
One of our clients, a well-established successful supplier, are looking for a Compliance Manager to join their growing team.
The Compliance Manager’s role will be to ensure all due diligence and audit standards are met and ensuring factories are adhering to all legal industry standards.
Compliance Manager Responsibilities
- Schedule factory pre-sourcing audits
- Manage the supplier database, onboarding new factories etc
- Schedule check-ups with the factories
- Prepare reports for Senior Management, customers and external bodies
- Oversee corrective action plan development
- Regulate the supply chain against zero policy violations
- Track any audit bookings, CAP closures and 3rd party audits
Additional Information
The successful Compliance Coordinator candidate will have ideally worked within, or at least have a passion for, the Fashion Industry and working with High Street retailers.
