Clo 3D Designer Overview

We have a unique opportunity for a Clo 3D Designer to join a market leading fashion company.

The Clo 3D Designer will use Clo 3D to develop patterns and pattern cut across Ladies, Mens and Childrenswear.

Clo 3D Designer Responsibilities

• Develop and produce 3D garment patterns using specialised pattern cutting software
• Interpret design concepts and convert them into precise digital patterns and prototypes
• Collaborate closely with Design and Garment Technology teams to ensure accurate fit, balance, and construction from the outset
• Review and adjust patterns following fit sessions and in response to customer feedback
• Contribute to minimising the need for physical samples through effective use of 3D development tools
• Ensure consistency between digital patterns and bulk production specifications
• Communicate with factories and international teams to support product development and delivery
• Organise and prioritise workload to meet all critical path deadlines
• Participate in fit sessions, implementing necessary pattern alterations
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail throughout

Additional Information

• Minimum of three years’ experience in pattern cutting, preferably within a supplier environment
• Strong proficiency in 3D pattern cutting software
• Solid knowledge of garment construction, fit, and grading principles
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong technical understanding
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal
• Collaborative team member with the ability to build strong working relationships
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines
• Proactive and positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
