The Merchandiser Overview
As a rapidly growing ladieswear brand & supplier our client is expanding their team, looking for a Merchandiser. You will work on on-trend ladieswear and ensure a smooth production process between the factories and the customers.
The Merchandiser Responsibilities
- Place purchase orders with the factories
- Attending customer meetings
- Approve samples and follow through all seal stages
- Full critical path management
- Approve lab dips and strike offs
- Work with the customers directly
- Ensure goods are being delivered on time, and resolving any issues or delays where necessary
- Updating information on the customers specific order tracking systems
The Merchandiser and Experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communications skills to maintain clear communication with the factories and the customers
- Must have relevant wholesale, production or import merchandising experience, essentially with some experience on clothing
The Merchandiser Additional Information
This is a full time, office-based role and commutable from areas of Merseyside, Cheshire and Lancashire. The company would be open to considering candidates from a graduate level.
