Key Responsibilities
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants throughout the recruitment process
• Conducting database searches to identify suitable candidates
• Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and our internal database
• Completing initial candidate screening interviews
• Assisting with the management and updating of our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Answering incoming calls, directing enquiries and taking messages
• Maintaining and updating our candidate database
• Providing general administrative support to the team
