Wholesale Merchandiser Overview

This ladieswear brand is looking for a Merchandiser / Account Manager to work in their wholesale department and manage the process of production and selling for their existing accounts.

Wholesale Merchandiser Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the critical path, ensuring all deadlines are met throughout the process
  • Liaise with the buyers and maintaining strong working relationships with them
  • Manage the order process from placement to delivery, including negotiating lead times and coordinating with factories
  • Analysing sales data, identifying trends and preparing reports for key stakeholders
  • Contributing to the development of seasonal range plans, consider sales targets and market trends
  • Proposing retail prices
  • Ensuring optimal stock levels, tracking deliveries and managing potential issues

Wholesale Merchandiser Skills and Experience

Experience ideally within a fast-paced fashion environment

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused approach

Able to solid working relationships
