Wholesale Administrator
We are working with a well-established and successful fashion business looking to appoint a Wholesale Administrator to support the day-to-day running of their wholesale operations.
This is a key role within the team, suited to someone who enjoys being organised, building strong working relationships, and playing an important part in keeping everything running smoothly.
You will work closely with the sales, merchandising, warehouse, and finance teams, acting as a central point of coordination to ensure orders are processed accurately and customers receive a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end processing of wholesale orders, including purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs)
- Maintain accurate product, customer, and order information across internal systems.
- Support the sales team with order tracking, updates, and customer communication.
- Build strong relationships with wholesale customers, responding to queries and providing updates.
- Prepare quotes, product information, and relevant documentation for customers.
- Coordinate product samples and follow up on approvals.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding production timelines and deliveries.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to support dispatch, shipments, and stock coordination.
- Assist with invoicing, packing lists, and general administrative support.
