HR Manager Overview

We are working with a successful fashion brand based on the outskirts of Manchester city centre, who are looking to recruit a HR Manager.

The HR Manager must be CIPD Educated with experience of working within a fast-paced small business environment, and work closely with business Directors.

Responsibilities of the HR Manager will include:

  • Recruitment
  • Appraisal co-ordination
  • Disciplinaries
  • Organising events / staff engagement calendar
  • Management of the LinkedIn account
  • Conducting management / team training sessions
