Head of QA Overview
A market leading retailer are looking for a Head of QA to join their dynamic team.
The Head of QA will oversee homeware products and soft furnishings and will be responsible for assisting the product team in the development of new product ranges.
Head of QA Responsibilities
- Carry out risk assessments and product tests
- Check stock to ensure quality control is consistent
- Implement new structures and processes
- Manage returns and investigate reasons for returns
- Ensure all packaging is suitable for products
Additional Information
The Head of QA must have previous experience in a similar role with good product knowledge across textiles, furniture and electricals.
