Ecommerce & Marketplace Executive Overview

This growing fashion brand is seeking an Ecommerce & Marketplace Executive to manage multi-channel product publishing and digital execution across Shopify and marketplace platforms. This is an operationally focused role, responsible for ensuring all product launches, promotions and campaigns are delivered accurately and on time across D2C and third-party channels.

Ecommerce & Marketplace Executive Responsibilities

  • Manage product uploads, collections, and site merchandising on Shopify.
  • Ensure new season launches are fully prepared and live in line with agreed timelines.
  • Maintain accurate pricing, stock visibility and promotional alignment across all channels.
  • Oversee product listings across Mirakl marketplaces.
  • Coordinate bulk uploads and updates, ensuring SKU data integrity and imagery accuracy.
  • Implement structured QA processes prior to go-live across ecommerce and marketplace platforms.
  • Maintain a 90-day digital launch calendar, ensuring assets, copy and pricing are delivered on schedule.
  • Act as the internal gatekeeper for digital launch readiness, escalating risks where required.
  • Support CRM and email marketing activity, including automated flows and audience segmentation.
  • Work closely with external agencies and paid media partners to ensure campaign alignment and tracking accuracy.
  • Produce weekly ecommerce performance reports, monitoring revenue, conversion, AOV and key product performance.

Ecommerce & Marketplace Executive Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing Shopify ecommerce platforms
  • Experience working with Mirakl or similar marketplace systems
  • Strong Excel skills with experience handling bulk product uploads
  • Understanding of ecommerce reporting, GA4 and digital tracking principles
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Commercially aware, deadline-driven and confident working cross-functionally
