Customer Service Administrator Overview

We have an exciting opportunity within the home textiles company, who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

The Customer Service Administrator will report into the Customer Service Manager.

Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via emails and phone calls.
  • Address and resolve customer issues, including faulty items, returns, resends, and refunds through various customers platforms.
  • Working closely with the sales team
  • Managing customer orders including inputting, holding, and cancelling orders.
  • Uploading orders for various clients.
  • Release orders for processing and handle invoicing and credit activities.
  • Liaising with couriers to arrange deliveries and to process claims for damaged or missing items
  • Send out copy invoices, credit notes, and delivery notes to customers
  • Managing sample orders from the warehouse

Customer Service Administrator Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
