Customer Service Administrator Overview
We have an exciting opportunity within the home textiles company, who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
The Customer Service Administrator will report into the Customer Service Manager.
Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via emails and phone calls.
- Address and resolve customer issues, including faulty items, returns, resends, and refunds through various customers platforms.
- Working closely with the sales team
- Managing customer orders including inputting, holding, and cancelling orders.
- Uploading orders for various clients.
- Release orders for processing and handle invoicing and credit activities.
- Liaising with couriers to arrange deliveries and to process claims for damaged or missing items
- Send out copy invoices, credit notes, and delivery notes to customers
- Managing sample orders from the warehouse
Customer Service Administrator Skills
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
