Customer Care Agent (Wholesale) – Overview

We are working with a highly successful fashion company who are looking to recruit a Customer Care Agent to join their team. This role will play a key part in supporting wholesale customers, with a strong focus on day-to-day communication, account support, and ensuring a seamless order process.

This is a varied and fast-paced position, working closely with the sales, merchandising, warehouse, and finance teams. You will act as a key point of contact for customers while supporting the smooth running of wholesale operations from order through to delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers, managing enquiries and providing a high level of service
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day account management and customer communication
  • Process and manage purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs), ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Track order progress and proactively communicate updates to customers
  • Prepare and send quotes, product information, and relevant documentation
  • Maintain accurate product, pricing, and customer information across internal systems
  • Coordinate product samples and follow up on customer feedback and approvals
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers regarding production timelines and deliveries
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to support dispatch, shipment tracking, and stock coordination
  • Generate invoices, packing lists, and provide general administrative support

 

Additional Information

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are essential, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.

Previous experience in customer service, sales support, wholesale, or administration would be beneficial.
